1. Glaze. All our toilets are with dry glaze as well as with the one time fired Hygienius glaze.
2. With dry glaze, glazing surface will be thicker, the color of the toilet are pure white and equal, no variedness, the hand feeling is better. Our toilet is particularly easy to keep clean, and this reduces cleaning times considerably.
3. Design. Our design is unique, and all the toilet molds we made by our own as we have R & D Center. We have more than 68 patents.
4. Completed Quality Control System: Every products need to pass the appearance test, vacuum test and function test to make sure they can meet customer requirements and bring refreshing using experience to the end user.
5. Complaint: Our complaint is lower than 0.1%.
6. Type of kiln: Now have a tunnel kiln which is 400 feet long .We invest USD2 millions for this international level tunnel kiln which daily capacity is 3000 sets (not pcs) together.
7. Lab: which is for daily random products checking beside surface check, leaking check and function check. And also checking and tracking the clay material, glaze cracking, water absorption and make sure the quality is stable and consistent.

Q1. Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we're China manufacturer. Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong, China.Covered 500000 SQF building sizes and 286 staff.
Q2. How many years quality guarantee for your products?
We provide 10 years warranty for ceramic body and 3 year for toilet accessories.
Q3. How to get sample?
Sample order is welcome for our first cooperation. And sample fee need to charge. Sample fee will be returned for formal order.
Q4. What is the payment terms?
By T/T, 30% as deposit in advance, while 70% balance before shipping.
Q5. What about the delivery time?
Depends on order quantity. Usually 30-45 days for one 40'HQ container.
Q6. Can your factory print our logo or brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers.
Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's
logo on the products.

Q7. Can we use our own shipping agent?
Sure, no problem.
